Jamie Jones began his musical pursuit singing in church at the age of three. He was discovered and signed to a record deal as a lead singer in the quartet now internationally known as All-4-One. Jamie's vocals helped propel All-4-One to multi-platinum status with sales of over 15 million units, a bevy of awards including a Grammy, an American Music Award, a Blockbuster Award and countless international awards . Mega hits such as, "So Much In Love", "I Swear", "I Can Love You Like That" and other chart topping songs established All-4-One's fan base worldwide. Jamie's humble beginnings in church quickly flourished into international stardom but it never distracted him from his faith and love for God. The Los Angeles based singer, songwriter, and producer Jamie Jones is now sharing a very personal project with the world, an inspirational/gospel solo album, self titled as " JAMIE JONES" .
Jamie expresses his vision for the project as an obligation to do his share in reaching souls for Jesus. He says, "Gods purpose in my life has never been more clear and I am so thankful that I have realized the purpose and destiny of my life. God has allowed me to have a lot of success and to reach millions of people not for my own vanity but for HIS purpose. I now have a platform and a captive audience where I am called to share the good news. " In response to this vision, Jamie and his wife Hanna launched a record label, Genesis Entertainment and signed a distribution deal with Image Entertainment.
The album co-written and co-produced by Jamie is brimming with layers of inherent talent and propulsive beats. JAMIE JONES renders an unbridled passion for music and his desire to serve as a bridge linking people to God. The style of the album is neo-gospel, and features Jamie's good friend Wayne Brady on the billboard charting single " Don't Stop" and Jamie's group members All-4-One on the uplifting smash "Rise" currently soaring at gospel radio . Rise is an urban inspirational anthem of hope, strength and encouragement to overcome obstacles in life
Jamie says this CD encapsulates his personal walk in life. Many of us need to hear "U Gonna Be Alright" when passing through difficult times. "So Grateful" Jamie says "is my gratitude to God for giving me the opportunity to share my heart, my music, my vision and most importantly my faith."
Jamie's hard work and persistence has diversified his career into other opportunities. Together with his longtime friends, Jason Pennock and Jack Kugell, he has formed a production company called The Heavyweights. The Heavyweights are gifted musicians who have delivered hit songs to amass their collective record sales to 30 million units . In addition to writing and producing for other artists, Jamie has enveloped himself in the enterprise of television and film scoring.
While Jamie maintains a busy life in the studio, on the road, and as a worship leader at Living Hope Christian Church , his role as a husband with a loving wife and three children is a priority that comes second to none. Jamie and his wife Hanna have even more to share in their aspirations. The music video for "Rise" has a powerful message inspired by Jamie and Hanna's mission to rescue homeless people and give them a second chance. The second chance program includes 1 year of paid housing, utilities, food, clothing, medical, dental, gym membership, physical trainer, a church home, mentorship and employment. With the help of several sponsors Jamie and Hanna's quest to make a difference is well underway. Jamie expresses, "...we can all do our share to help one person and one soul at a time."
